This facility, Vista 2, is proposed to be located close to the company's headquarters in Vista, California. Vista 2, is proposed to be housed in a 100,000 sq ft industrial "tilt up" building, where this facility could potentially generate electricity, bio-fuels, and provide provide additional manufacturing space for the Company's ceramic, electronics, and steel component production needs. The Company hopes to have Vista 2 in permitting by the end of the first quarter of 2012, with installation of the energy generation equipment by late 2012 or first quarter 2013.
