The Company has agreements with the Los Coyotes Band of Indians to build a 7.5 MW biomass power project on the Los Coyotes Reservation. SDG&E awarded Envirepel Energy Inc. a Power Purchase Agreement for the site in early 2007. Permitting is in process and construction is expected to start mid 2008.
