The above video was taken during Emissions Testing performed by Envirepel Energy Inc. at its Vista California facility in November of 2008. Following the test video footage, there is a narrated tour of the Vista facility. The equipment in this facility, including the Research and Development combustion system shown in the video, was dismantled and moved during the Summer of 2010 to Santee California where it is being reconstructed.
