Envirepel Energy Inc. was founded by two visionaries-Anthony Arand and Dave Gamble- who merged their independently-derived perspectives on how to solve multiple local environmental and energy problems by capturing organic waste and converting it into "clean" energy.

CEO and President:

Anthony J Arand. Mr. Arand directs and allocates the company's resources to most efficiently accomplish Envirepel Energy's mission. As the founder and one of the chief architects of the combustion technology. He also consults on technology, regulatory and engineering issues. Mr. Arand has continuous work experience in engineering, chemical manufacturing, production, sales, field applications, university and private contractor research, and regulatory actions including product registrations, lobbying and regulations. He holds patents in selective organic chemistry extraction and petroleum reformulation using low temperature catalytic process. He started his Aerospace career as a Mechanical Engineer for Hughes Aircraft in 1980. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic University - San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

COO:

Olaf Walter, PhD. Mr. Walter was educated as a chemical engineer in Germany and earned his PhD in Public Health Engineering from Portsmouth Polytechnic in the U.K. He has 21+ years of global experience mainly at the Dow Chemical Company, where he was responsible for a wide variety of business operations, most recently as Senior Technology Leader of Manufacturing and Engineering for Dow's Industrial Biotechnology Business. Since late 2005, Mr. Walter utilized his expertise consulting for mostly entrepreneurial enterprises, developing business strategies and their implementation. His expertise spans fermentation technologies; whole plant derived bio-production, water and wastewater treatment technologies, chemical manufacturing, process development, business and competitive analysis, and sophisticated economic modeling.

Mr. Walter serves as a Business & Scientific advisor for iDiverse, a San Diego Biotechnology Company focused on novel gene technology, is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of GreenSource Partners, a firm which invests in innovative companies and moves us toward sustainable development. He is also a member of the 'Science & Technology' committee of the recently formed CleanTECH trade organization associated with UCSD's CONNECT program.

CFO:

Teri Mathes. Ms. Mathes oversees all financial activities of the corporation including preparation of current financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook. She directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies. She oversees the accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions. She reviews budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggests methods of improving the planning process as appropriate. Other duties include estimating requirements for capital, land, buildings, and increases in the work force, as well as working with banks and investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for expansion. Prior to working for Envirepel, Ms. Mathes was Assistant Controller for Mimi's Café, and brings 16 years of experience in the accounting field.

Board Members:

Jay S Potter Mr. Potter has been active in the financial industry for 20 years and has successfully participated, directed or placed over one hundred million dollars of capital in start-up and early stage companies. Mr. Potter takes an active role in the development of the funded companies and to that end has participated as advisor, director and officer. From June to October 2006, Mr. Potter was the Interim CEO of EAU Technologies (symbol: EAUI) a publicly traded non-toxic sanitation and disinfectant company. He has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Nexcore Capital and its financial service affiliates since co-founding the company in 1996. Mr. Potter serves as Founder and Chairman of Sterling Energy Resources (symbol: SGER), a public oil and gas company involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas from its numerous leases. Mr. Potter is the founder, CEO and Chairman of GreenCore Capital, a renewable energy and CleanTECH fund. He is also a director of Envision Solar International. Mr. Potter holds or has held Series 3, 7, 22, 24, 39 and 63 licenses.

William David Gamble, Sr. As co-founder and the chief architect of the combustion technology, Mr. Gamble is a Consulting Engineer working with solid fueled biomass energy systems ranging in size from 20-250 MMBTU/Hr and 100 KW to 15 MW. He works with clients to develop energy solutions based on biomass-related fuel materials. His areas of experience include studies, economic evaluations, scope development, preliminary engineering, design engineering, equipment specifications, control systems design, facilities layout, construction monitoring, startup support, operator training, and system commissioning. In addition, he works with clients to optimize existing solid fueled biomass energy systems.
